These terms apply when you use https://alohacrewkitchen.com, send us a catering or event request, or order food from Aloha Crew Kitchen. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our menu, prices and availability

We cook Hawaiian plate lunches and local-style comfort food, and our menu changes with the season and with what our suppliers have. Menu items, photos and prices shown on this site are for information and may change without notice. Photos are representative; your plate may look a little different. Applicable sales tax, delivery and service charges are added where they apply, and the amount you are charged is the amount shown at checkout or on your written quote.

Online ordering and rewards

Online orders, gift certificates and our rewards program are handled by Square. When you order that way, Square's own terms and policies apply to the transaction, and Square processes your payment. Pricing, taxes and order confirmations come from Square. If something goes wrong with an online order, contact us and we will help you sort it out.

Beer and alcoholic beverages

Beer and alcoholic beverages are brewed, sold and served by Ono Brewing Company, not by Aloha Crew Kitchen. Alcohol is available only to guests 21 and older with valid identification, and Ono Brewing's own rules apply inside the taproom. We do not sell or deliver alcohol.

Catering quotes and bookings

A quote request submitted through this site is a request for information, not a confirmed booking. Quotes are estimates based on the details and guest count you give us, and they stay subject to availability of staff, menu items, rentals and equipment. A booking exists only once we confirm it with you in writing and any deposit or payment terms in that written confirmation are met.

• Final guest counts, times and locations may need to be confirmed by a deadline stated in your written quote.
• Increases in guest count or changes in menu, staffing, rentals or service can change the price.
• Payment, deposit, rescheduling and cancellation terms are the ones stated in your written quote or catering agreement, which control over anything on this website.
• We may decline or cancel a request or booking because of a date conflict, unsafe conditions, or an event we cannot properly staff.

Allergies and dietary needs

Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs in advance. We take them seriously and will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do. Our kitchen prepares many dishes with common allergens including soy, wheat, egg, dairy, shellfish and nuts, and uses shared equipment and shared fryers, so we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of a particular allergen.

The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to Aloha Crew Kitchen or are used with permission, and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may share links to our pages and share our posts, but you may not copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.

Using the site

Please use the site as intended. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, submit false or fraudulent quote requests, or use our forms to send spam or unlawful content.

Third-party links and services

We link to Square, Ono Brewing Company, Instagram, review sites and map providers. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is." We work to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or always available, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aloha Crew Kitchen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for injury caused by our food or our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Fairfax County, Virginia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.
